It’s not just about fun—it’s about coming together as a city, recognizing how far we’ve come, and renewing our collective commitment to building a cleaner and liveable Kampala.
The Kampala City Festival, 2025 (KCF 2025) is the highly anticipated eighth edition of this annual celebration, which had steadily become a cornerstone event for the city’s landscape and social calendar. This year, the festival will be even more inclusive and celebrating the rich diversity of Kampala in new and exciting ways. The 2025 edition is proposed to take place on 5th October, 2025 ahead of the 63rd Uganda Independence day anniversary, and aims to highlight the importance of creative expression, sustainability, and culture as the city looks toward its future.
